Roer de laatste minuut de aardbeien erdoor.<br \/>\nMaak daarna een papje aan met de custardpoeder en 2 eetlepels appelsap. Bindt hiermee de rabarber moes en laat het nog even kort doorkoken. Laat het geheel afkoelen en voeg suiker naar smaak toe.<\/p>\n<p>Vermeng de mascarpone met yoghurt en de basterdsuiker en klop met de mixer ca. 5 minuten het geheel tot een glad mengsel.<br \/>\nIn 8 hoge, wijde glazen 1 kaneelbeschuitje per glas breken en de rabarbermoes<br \/>\ndaarover verdelen.
